About the Author

Stephanie Peters has been writing books for children for more than twenty-five years. Her most recent Capstone titles include Earth’s Amazing Journeys: From Pebbles to Continents and The Trojan War: A Modern Graphic Myth from the Mythology Graphics series. An avid reader, workout enthusiast, and beach wanderer, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her family and their pets. She lives and works in Mansfield, Massachusetts.

A graphic designer graduated from UBA (University of Buenos Aires), specialized in character design, comic books, editorial illustration, and product design for licensed characters. Additionally, he has worked on illustrated books and has published comic books as both an illustrator and writer, focusing on superhero, gender, and diversity themes. He is a university professor of Typography, an assistant professor of Editorial Illustration, and he teaches seminars on graphic mascots and character design in the Graphic Design program. He also teaches workshops in the Professional Illustration Postgraduate program (FADU/UBA).
