I have found this book to be very helpful to me as my gentleman friend works long hours with his son in a landscaping business and is very sore at the end of the day. This has given me some new techniques to help him relax. The illustrations are very good and easy enough for a non-professional like myself to follow. I especially like that there are descriptions and chapters on each type of a massage that is useful. I think anyone who might be interested in doing massages will find that this book will give them a good idea of how to start and what strengths are needed to begin a possible career in this field.

Good book for those whom are interested in serious massage but for those that just want to please a friend with some new massage techniques, I would not recommend. It was very educational.
