Easy to follow instructions. What you need to know to get the job done. The pictures are in pair's, beggining of the massage stroke and the finish position. The book is written for the begginer, so no more excuses from the spouse. Also, a section on self massage. Well done! Roger Pozeznik, the author, is a sports massage therapists who has work for a Pro Cycling Team, Jerry Tatrai a ultra marathon rider in RAAM (Race Across AMerica), the Olympic Games...in addition to being a cyclist himself.
