IF YOU DON'T LIKE SEX, READ TEEN BOOKS!

I haven't actually started this series but I have read Angela Knight before and love her books and plan to start this series now. But as I was looking through the reviews some people posted, I got quite annoyed. For those of you who don't like to read sex scenes whether they be soft and sweet or hard and crude, then read from the young adult/teen section!!! HELLO! It is the 21st century and you have picked up an ADULT book falling into the category of Paranormal ROMANCE!!! Obviously there is gonna be sex, get with it!!! Either quit reading the ADULT books, or get over it! It is unfair to the author, the book and future readers of said book for you to give it a poor review simply because you are prude and don't like to read sex scenes. I give Angela Knight two thumbs up. She is an amazing author!

Great Find!!!

I found this series when I was reading Bite and couldn't wait to actually read a whole book from this author. Let me tell you, I was not disappointed when I read Master of the Moon (the second book in this series). Now that I've read the first book, I love this series even more. Sign me up for the next book right now... I can't get enough!

Perfect!

I loved Angela Knight's Master of the Night just as I have loved the other two I have read Master of the Moon and Jane's Warlord. I still haven't read The Forever Kiss but can assure you that after these it is worth looking forward to. Never have I enjoyed another author's books as much as hers. She makes me impaitient when ordering the next one but the wait is well worth it for such an author. I hope Angela Knight will write for years to come and bring forth more of the perfect romance novel writing I have come to expect from her. Readers have no reason to be dissapointed with her. I've read many romance author's books on the shelves, but Angela Knight will always take the top on my list. I will continue to reccommend her books to others with a love for intense sexual paranormal romance that she displays. Amazing Author!

Amazingly HOT!!!

After finishing this particular romance novel, all I could say was WOW!!! Superbly sensual and fantastic Master of the Night gives both vampires and Knights of the Round Table a whole new twist. This is a type of book to be read from cover to cover. This is definitely a keeper. Can't wait for other books in this series.

It wasn't terrible

The story was... meh. The characters were kind of blah. But the sex scenes were steamy and the world building was interesting enough that I'm going to give the second book a chance.

A Must Read!

I thought I knew what this book was going to be about but I had no clue. I am a major fan of fanasty romance and Angela Knight has quickly become one of my favorite authors. I could not put this book down I had the whole book read in two or three hours tops. A lot of author's have trouble mixing the love scenes with the rest of the story, but she had no problem. Each scene left you wanting more wishing she would have drug it out longer. This book has quickly became one of my favorites. I can't wait to read the next two in this series.

i could not put this book down .it was better than great .angelia knight has the talent it takes to make a person hope and wish for more.

Disappointing and crude...

Very disappointing. I really wanted to enjoy this book, but couldn't. It had an interesting premise, but the sex scenes were ridiculous! No romance, just crude, vulgar language and scenes out of a bad porn movie. Very distracting and disappointing. Gave it two stars instead of one because the idea was good, just the execution sucked.

THIS BOOK WAS TERRIBLE ANGELA KNIGHT TOOK A BIT FROM ALL OF THE TOP SELLING VAMPIRE BOOKS AND TRIED TO BLEND THEM ALL IN THIS ONE BOOK. SHE TOOK ABIT FROM SHERRILYN KENYON, CHRISTNE FEEHAN AS WELL AS KAREN MARIE MONING. IF YOU WANT TO READ ANY GOOD BOOKS TRY ANY OF THE THREE I JUST MENTIONED BUT STAY AWAY FROM HER BECAUSE SHE STINKS.

Loved It...

The book I must admit was a little slow for me in the beginning but toward the middle it started to heat up. I liked that there was so much going on in the book. Angela Knight is a very good Author and she knows how to peak your interest. I was pleased with this book and I would recommend it to my friends..

Super new series

Angela Knight shows her brilliance by combining the very hot vampire genre with Grail lore, and creates a very original concept. A concept that will put her on the bestsellers list! The first in the series, Master of the Night, we get a wonderful, fast pace tale that will have you hooked from the start. In September, smart people had a taste of the hot premise in Hot Blooded, an anthology (Knight, Christine Feehan, Emma Holly and Maggie Shayne), where Knight premiered her storyline with her tale 'Seduction's Gift'. In that novella, we learnt the 'rules' of Knight's new magical realm. Eschewing the Ann Rice's sexless bloodsucker and the promiscuous predator male who equates blood with good sex, Knight has struck out on her own - and conjured gold! Rice's writing while amazing, left me cold where romance was concerned. Her vamps were often Androgynous, if not gay or bisexual, so this limited the range of emotions provoked by her prose. On the other end of the pendulum - the Vampire as a strictly romance hero always presented me with troubles. Problems of disease aside, how could a woman love a man who must go around 'necking' with hundreds of dames to stay alive? This seems more a male oriented fantasy - the accepting of a hero 'sleeping around' on the heroine. Knight deftly handles both of these extremes, by promptly dismissing them, and travelling her own path. Vampires are not as we know them from Hollywood created lore. First off, they are male, never female. They can drink the blood of humans, but it's not the focus of their existence, not how they survive. Most would rather not. Where they get their true life giving essence is they must drink the blood of a Maja - a witch, and the Maja must have the vampire take the blood in order for her to survive. I have been get her books for years. In both ebook format and in paperback from Secret. She as been the best kept secret for a lot of us, but it a bout time the rest of the world was able to enjoy what I have able to enjoy.
