Maxine Clark is a food stylist and writer who specializes in Italian food and cooking. She was Deputy Cooking Editor for Good Housekeeping magazine and has contributed articles to magazines and newspapers, including House and Garden, BBC Good Food and Country Living. She now writes for Food and Travel Magazine and has published many books, including 50 Perfect Pasta Dishes, The Provençal Table and Viva Italia! The New Flavours of Italy. She appears on food radio shows and teaches cooking classes in Tuscany and Sicily.
