Best business book for anyone who leads people. Period.

Becker and Wortmann stupendously show the reader how to frame most interpersonal problems that may come their way in regard to not only business interactions, but also friendships and relationships. This book makes the reader critically think and analyze (albeit, painlessly) all the people surrounding them, no matter the capacity. Each chapter outlines examples of real-life problems and simple strategies as solutions. Although I would have enjoyed more examples, the book is superbly put together and will be of excellent use to all who read (unless you don't work with people). This could easily be a required read for every college graduate.
