    Everyone on the planet would benefit from this book!

    This book helped me loose nealy 40 lbs, helped me get rid of my depression, and and stay a consistent wieght for 1 year. This is the only thing I've found that works for me. Written in a simple, easy-to-understand way, the authours show how your body works when food is ingested. Learn the science of leptin, you can only benefit from it!
