Meet the Author

Evelyn Cullet has been an aspiring author since high school when she enjoyed writing short stories. She began her first novel while attending college later in life, and while working in the offices of a major soft drink company. Even though her job, her home, and her family always took precedence, she continued to attend writing classes and work on her novel. Now in early retirement, she finally has the chance to do what she loves best; write full time. While she enjoys playing the piano, is an amateur Lapidary, and an organic gardener, writing has always been her passion. She is a former member of the Agatha Christie Society and is currently a member of Sisters in Crime. Evelyn and her husband live in a suburb of Chicago.

    A masterpiece!

In Evelyn Cullet's second work, 'Masterpiece of Murder', Charlotte Ross learns that the course of true love never runs smoothly as she follows her fiance Brett to Argentina. She enrols in an art class as an excuse for being in the same place as him. She tracks him down but he denies knowing her, claims she is mistaken and his name is Jose. Later, he finds her and tells her he is working undercover and searching for a lost masterpiece. Two murders follow; art classes are clearly dangerous places to be in! Charlotte is definitely in the wrong place as she is arrested as the main suspect. The twists and turns in this novel will have the reader on the edge of their seat through to the last page. A masterpiece from Evelyn. Enjoy.
