BREEDING TRUMPS REASON EVERY TIME...

Special Agent Dana Arvoy is hunting down the latest young woman to go missing. Emily Fischer's disappearance is the most frustrating case of her novice career, and one that will lead her places she can't imagine.

For years, Brother Adrian has wanted a submissive mate of his own, a woman who will appreciate his people's archaic way of life and devotion to Nature's sex calls. A young and beautiful FBI Agent who arrives on his turf may be exactly what he's been waiting for.

Dana is a suspicious outsider, but she understands the lust quietly burning beneath her flesh, just like Adrian does. Before she realizes what's happening, the handsome stranger awakens senses that even FBI training can't suppress.

When the right man appears, nothing matters except indulgence. Reason is no match for impregnation, submission, and decadent pleasure.

This story contains fiery scenes of mental and physical domination by a fertility cult, rough breeding sex, and unlikely love. An erotic romance novelette of over 12,000 words.

EXCERPT

“You really believe this stuff, don't you?”

“Don't you find some validity in it, Sister? What do you know about our doctrine?” He raised his arms, stretching. Thick musk rolled off him, almost as rich and potent as what she'd smelled upstairs that morning.

“I'm not anybody's Sister. Places like this are a big reason why I'm an atheist. I just can't believe that any god would want you to give up technology and live like this – especially beneath men like Max.” She twitched her nose in disgust.

Adrian laughed. It was yet another demonstration of his calming powers, relaxing as a distant foghorn.

“We don't worship the god you think we do. The Brotherhood prostrates itself only before Nature, who fills us with Her immense creative force. All things are taken away by the blackness, but we can replenish them, as long as we keep ourselves pure of outside interference.” He stepped closer.

Dana's head hummed, as if she were drunk. She didn't notice that he was only an inch apart. She didn't want to talk anymore – not with the aching throb between her legs.

What are you doing? You're not really leaning into him, savoring that beastly scent, and planting your hot ear against his bare skin...

Her mind lingered in disbelief, even as her body moved with its own will. For a moment, all the warning signs she'd learned in the academy and on assignment rang like fire alarms.

Dana knew she should have been analyzing his technique, or looking for ways they had drugged her. Nothing else could explain why she simply didn't care, and why she leaned deeper into his hard body.

Adrian smiled down at her and curled his powerful arms around her. He rocked her gently from side to side, allowing her to feel the rising horn beneath his trousers.

It had been almost seven seasons since he'd felt a woman's flesh. Sister Melody, the woman he'd shared with Brother Nathaniel, had taken his seed and his discipline then. But she'd been transferred to another settlement.

Adrian's settlement was short of women in those days. Slowly, that was changing, and snagging a beautiful FBI Agent at her peak fertility proved it.

He smiled, mouthing silent words of thanks to Brother Max. It wouldn't be long until he had her whimpering beneath him, just like the sweet young doe Brother Nathaniel had taken so recently.

Unthinking, Dana opened her lips and pressed them against his chest, right below his neck where his shirt lay open. Her fingers reached up and quickly worked the buttons.

Seconds later, they surrendered to impulse, letting their hands and mouths wander where they needed to go. His shirt opened further.

She kissed her way down his hard abdomen and stopped when she came to his waist. Dana smiled up at him and began toying with the thick belt buckle around his waist.
