Meet the Author

As a single woman herself, Jane Killick finds the fun in the life of the unattached with her novels Fairy Nuff and If Wishes Were Husbands, and in a series of short stories. Her tales take ordinary life, sprinkle in a little of the fantastic, and see how her characters cope. She trained as a journalist, has written many magazine articles and worked for many radio stations, including the BBC. Her many non-fiction books delve into the world of science fiction television and film, from Red Dwarf to Babylon 5. She can currently be heard reading the news on BBC Three Counties Radio.
