Keith Devlin is Dean of the School of Science at Saint Mary's College of California and Senior Researcher at Stanford University's Center for the Study of Language and Information. He is the author of Logic and Information, and Mathematics: The New Golden Age and Goodbye, Descartes.

    Just in time for you!

    I wish this book had been available when I struggled through Calculus, etc. I might have learned to enjoy mathematics much sooner. The author does a good job of weaving a story line around the concepts as well as introducing the reader to the significant mathematicians along the way. Definately a recommended read.
