Using this book as review for PRAXIS math test. Other study guides specific for the test did not always explain "the math", just how to pass the test. This book makes the math concepts click. The examples are plentiful and help you work through the concepts. I have had plenty of "Ah-Ha" moments after struggling to understand a topic through other sources.

I've been studying for the GRE's and thought this book would help. I must say that while it did refresh my memories of basic algebra and such; the amount of wrong answers that the author makes is unbelievable! I have actually considered writing to the publisher. I started using other math books as supplements for it and found that Danica McKellan's Math books are really fun and easy to understand. They are written for younger girls, which makes understanding them step-by-step a breeze!
