    Maximum Self Esteem

    This book is a must for every human being on this earth. I keep reading it over and over again to reinforce its message. I have recommended it to several people and they feel the same as I do. Reading this book in itself is a liberating experience from all the things that have held you back in life and made you depressed.

    I would highly recommend it and wish I had read this information in my early 20's instead of late 50's!

    If you are even a little bit negative about yourself...read it. You'll be glad.

    Kerry, you've done an excellent job. I am fan of personal improvement books. This one is special because its about self-esteem, a very foundation of everything else we are or do in life. The exercises at the end of each chapters are just what the doctor ordered for. They clarified a lot of fog in my life. I have regained my sense of self-worth. My self-esteem is now intact, regardless of what I do or .....what I don't do. Thanks Kerry. Keep writiing.

    very, very, very great book

    This is as the title states 'Maximum self esteem'. I could now put the book down. As I went through each chapter I found out a lot of things about myself and how I react to certain situation. I even found out why I show resentment, fear, anxiety, hate towards certain things or people. I also found that this book showed me the first step into reclaiming my self-esteem. Thanks Mr. Minchinton.

    I have already recommended it to several people

    This is an excellent book. It helped me get through some tough times and I refer back to it often. It helps me put things in prospective. It changes the way we have learned to think about what has happened in our lives and to see things in a more positive way. It makes so much sense! I have recommended this book to several friends who are going through difficult times in their lives.

    THIS BOOK IS NOT THAT BAD

    I wouldn't say that this book is worth the price I paid for it but it is definitely worth taking a look at 'for the most' but you should definitely think twice before purchasing it. Just to make sure if it is right for you! I enjoyed, however, attempting the few exercises they had which assisted you in getting over your case of social anxiety. I must say it was 'ok'. For me to say it was bad would be wrong because I did learn a few things from it. I don't know maybe I wasn't careful enough in my reading.
