    Excellent insight!

hi, what a jewel of a book this one is. certainly not for beginners. interesting approach to premodel a dragon with clay and hard wire. then, in Maya, not just the skin - even the bones and muscles are being modelled. the bones drive the muscles and the muscles via softbody dynamics the skin. this book was written by a pro with love for the subject. ----max

    Be Carefull

Well it isn¿t said anywhere in the info about this book that 30% of it is how to model a "CLAY" figure and that it also requires an extensive working knowledge of Maya. This book is defiantly NOT for beginners or intermediate. Also I didn¿t feel that the information provided about this book was wholly accurate. Like I said 30 percent of the book is about building clay models and what tools you need to do so.
