Meet the Author

Nia Forrester lives in Washington DC where she works on public policy and spends much of that time mining her experiences for material to write about. Her intended audience is anyone who likes what she writes, but one of her missions is to speak directly to the experiences of women of color who don't see themselves represented in gritty urban fiction about drugs, guns and the ghetto, but who occasionally want to read something a little more accessible than the lyrical but complex prose of some of the best African American poets and writers.

    **** Good read

Thought that both the characters were a little self-righteous this did not stop me from reading to find out the outcome.
