    Highly recommend

Another wonderful book by the McDougalls. All their books are a great source of information. The new "Starch Solution" is outstanding as well.

    What just happened?

The book seems good but and that is a big BUT, the formatting is so bad the book is hard to read and the recipes are pretty much useless. You will have to look elsewhere to find the recipes because the measurements are mostly cut off.

Not to mention some sentences overlap. I wish this book had better formatting as I was looking for something to give me a bit more info on his style of diet before getting another of his books. I am scared that the others will be just as messed up as this one, wasting more of my money.
