LAWRENCE J. ZWIER is associate director of the

English Language Center at Michigan State University at

East Lansing, Michigan. He has several ESL textbooks for

reading, vocabulary development, and test preparation.

LYNN STAFFORD-YILMAZ taught ESL for more than 15

years at Bellevue Community College in Washington and

other institutions, and was the author of many ESL textbooks and test-preparation materials.
