Does an excellent job breaking logic games down into their most basic paterns (sequencing, linear, etc) and the easiest way to diagram them out, then slowly building on them in size and complexity until you get to the really hard ones. Very well explained and easy to follow, lots of practice games. I kept bombing the logic parts on the practice tests until I went through this - now it's my best section.
Fine if you just want a primer on how to even approach logic games, but once you've tried an alternative strategy guide like the Manhattan Logic Games Strategy Guide or The LSAT Trainer, you will find this book wanting. The methods are very slow and long compared to alternative methods. Also, it doesn't use any real LSAT games, and while the games are similar, recent games on the LSAT have been focused on different things than this book emphasizes. It's not going to HURT you, but if you are serious about improving your LG score, go for the Manhattan book instead or The LSAT Trainer.
