David Barlow and Philip Mitchell are lecturers in media studies at the University of Glamorgan, and specialists in community media and national/international media, respectively. Tom O’Malley is Professor of Media Studies in the department of theatre, film and television at the University of Wales–Aberystwyth, and is coeditor of the journal, Media History.
