Description: This book, an update to the 2001 edition, provides focus to important topics and nuances in internal medicine by highlighting the information in a question and answer format. It includes questions and topics frequently addressed during teaching rounds and clinical situations.
Purpose: The authors' goal is to provide readers with questions and answers commonly encountered in training and practice of internal medicine. This is a very worthy objective as it allows students not only a fun way to challenge their knowledge base, but also to add substantially to that knowledge base.

Features: Most chapters, arranged by medical subspecialty, contain at least 150 questions and answers.
Assessment: This book is easy to pick up and read, whether a few questions or a section at a time. There is always something to be learned.
