    Insightful Book

This is an informative, in-depth book that helps you take charge of your health. Instead of just sitting back and listening to the doctor's diagnosis or recommendations, this book shows how important it is to speak up, ask questions, and participate in a partnership with your healthcare team. It is evident the authors' years of experience led to this informative guide and it is of great benefit to the average person.
