The reason one might research meditation are many. Mine was a personal reason originating from the loss of my wife, then eventually depression and illness. The book is well written and understandable. Though my journey has just begun. I can see a far brighter future thanks to meditation. I recommend this book to anyone who wants to find that inner peace we all yearn for.
