As a beginner in meditation, I found this book very helpful. It starts with an easy Chapter "Mediation: Basics" to a more difficult subject "Required Elements". The scope of this interesting book is wide so everyone will find something to his/her liking. Buy it--5 stars.

This book has been most helpful to me to get started with meditation techniques. I particularly liked the chapter on "The Benefits Of Meditation". It showed me that meditation can help you to become a whole new person, more compassionate and feeling. Buy the book--you will not regret it.

I haven't had this E reader long but the books i have downloaded don't compare in the formatting to this book easy reading and an active table of contents for navigation, hats off to the Author/editor.

I particularly like the outlay of this book. It starts with its title, followed by an appropriate picture, and a short intro by Dr. Yen Tsao. The Table of Contents is great. It is colored blue and clicking on one of the chapters takes you to that title. Just the convenience of this is worth its price---highly recommended!

Poorly written and full of grammatical errors, it did not provide me with a good basis of understanding meditation.

It is only a guide. Very and very a poor guide with lots of grammar mistakes. I don't recommend this book for people, especially for begginers if they don't want to spoil their's opinion about meditation at all. Begginers, try to read a crossing or the drop's history by Anatoliy Obraztsov if you want to understand and realize what meditation and spirutuality are.Of course, you can read another book too, but don't read guides please!
