    Poorly written, not helpful

    I think I am even more stressed from reading this book! The grammar is horrible and the author keeps repeating the same things over and over again. I seriously thought he couldn't decide which of several introductions to use, so he just used them all. I got the book to help me learn meditation and the first 30 or so pages was just about why I should meditate and where to find free information on how to do yoga and meditate! I bought the book to learn those things, not be told to search other sources! I am really upset that I wasted money on this book.

    Pitiful

    This book cotinued to refer you to the internet and library. So why would i need this book? It was a complete waste.

    A Very Useful Book On Meditation

    I was interested in the entire meditation book but found several chapters that had a great deal of appeal to me. Since I always like to do my own research which, by the way, is so useful in understanding a particucar subject, the chapter on "More Information On Self Help Solution" was just for me. I discovered that there are seminars offered for people with the same needs. Also, CD's, DVD's and Videos are available. The chapter on "How To Relax" also offered suggestions on meditating on the beach and other relaxing places---great stuff. I certainly urge you to acquire this book--excellent!

    A Wonderfull Meditation Book

    This meditation book has been a great help and aid to me. Every so often all of us have to take time out to do a little thinking in terms of every day life and what goes on around us. This book is a superior guide in doing so. It offers many methods which are layed out in sequential order giving readers a wide scope of topics. One does not need to read every detailed subject; just pick the ones that seem to to appeal to you. I can only say that you should acquire this book--A+++.

    Well Organized Meditation Book

    What struck me right from the start was how well organized and arranged this medatation book is. It starts with a picture, tile, and disclaimer. Next is a lengthy Table of Contents giving the many, many topics starting with Organic Living Through Mediation In Self Development and ending finally with a very well-written Conclusion which sums up all you have learned in a succint fashion. I very much like the content, layout, and summation in this book----highly recommended!
