The most user-friendly meditation book for anyone leading a modern lifestyle!

The most user-friendly meditation book I¿ve ever read! It has changed my daily life, offering easy and effective techniques to focus one¿s energy towards a given objective whether it is to de-stress, charge, or re-focus, while gaining increasing levels of insight and self-awareness. Mark Thornton presents his concepts in a way that is quickly understood and gets straight to practice. For busy professionals, this is by far the most useful resource to cope with the stresses of everyday life and connect to the ¿ocean of calm¿ inside us, as the book so beautifully describes the center of our being.
