Editorial Reviews

Washington Post
Osho advocates meditation for everyone, but his technique is revolutionary, beginning not with stillness and silence but with intense activity to release pent-up energy and emotions, leading to a state of calmness in which meditation can flourish….

    Easy Does It

The many different types of techniques offered in this book make it possible to really experiment to find what works best for you, depending on what your own natural qualities are. Everything from little short "take a break" methods to more structured, hour-long exercises. I love Osho's humor and nonseriousness about the whole thing, too. So many meditation teachers are so "heavy" ... this one definitely not!

Meditation: The First and Last Freedom

The author was easy to follow. He captured my interest right away. I have read quite a few books on meditation, none were as informative as his. He lead me right away on a journey into the unknown regions of many meditations I had never heard of. I felt at peace with his words and heartfelt way of leading me through his meditations with awesome descriptions of how to. I can only say this: First And Last Freedom changed my life...Thank you Osho...
