    DON'T WASTE YOUR MONEY!!!

    First of all, I could have written this book(if you want to call it that, it is only 28 pages) myself just based in the general info that EVERYONE knows about the mediterranean diet. I was duped into buying this, dont make my mistake

    Highly Recommend

    I've just started using the plan. The book clearly defines the phases and offer a meal plan along with instructions on how to prepare them and how to best utilize left overs. At first I thought the meals were going to be a little expensive but after I eliminated the junk food and fast food that I would buy prior to starting this plan, the cost pretty much evens out. It's a good investment in myself.

    It's okay BUT

    It is formatted poorly on the screen making the 23 pages difficult to read. It gives a good history of eating Mediterranean-style but with regard to the recipes, you could probably do better just Googling it and come up with more realistic and enjoyable recipes. Few people I know eat roasted tomatoes as a snack or frittatas for breakfast.
