    Ready to take responsibility for your dating life in a fun and playful way?

    I loved this book! Being a single woman, dating can get a little exhausting (even roller-coaster-esque!) You meet someone, start to get excited about it, it doesn't work out, and then you are discouraged. Sometimes most of those steps happen on the first date! Eventually you just don't care anymore, and don't even let yourself get excited--it's just another date. You figure you'll get excited when (if) it works out.

    But read this book, and you will have an entirely new view of the whole process. Spencer has been there and GETS it, and she relates (and communicates) in a way that makes you feel understood. Then she turns your ideas about dating upside down and makes it fun and exciting again.

    This book is based on the idea that you have control over your life, how you react, what you think, and the energy you put off to others. Quoting the latest research on behavior, mood, and happiness, this is no "woo-woo" guide full of random opinions. She gives you the whys and the hows behind what she says, and builds a very convincing case for changing how you approach dating (and the rest of your life as well!) She also gives very easy, specific ways to put yourself in a great mental space and stay there.

    But most importantly, you come away from reading this book with a new hope, faith, and confidence that you can have exactly what you want, just the way you want it, and that you shouldn't settle for anything less. Maybe that's just what I wanted to hear (and I'm naive for believing it!), but it makes me feel good to go there. And I intend to stay.

    Highly recommended!

    Good advice to meeting your better half!

    If you have been wishing to find or have been wondering HOW to find your better half, this is the book for you. The book is very down to earth, entertaining, and a fun read.

    Must Read for Single Women!

    After reading this book that was recommended to me by a friend, I have to now recommend it to all single women out there still looking for their "half orange"! I loved every moment of this book. Starting practicing the exercises the author addressed! I know that my half orange if just around the corner and that I will get everything I am looking for in my BIG LOVE!

    Great book!

    This is such a fabulous book! I read it all in one sitting. It makes you think about the way your attitude influences your life - from your everyday encounters with people and situations, to your quest for your "half-orange". Only a few pages into the book, I began to have a better outlook on being single, and life in general. The book is incredibly easy to read and very enjoyable. I have been able to look at not-so-good relationships and dates and pick out exactly what was missing from them, and use that information to look for what I really do want. I have also gained a more optimistic perspective on life in general, and have tried to remember everyday what Amy says in this fantastic book.

    Upbeat.

    Meeting Your Half-Orange was a real upbeat book. It's about finding your better half and how to do it. I liked the positivity in this book and would recommend it to friends.
