So much has been written on the topic of Strategic planning but they all stopped short of considering external clients and society. This is a potentially fatal flaw . .to exclude those who are the clients of everything an organization uses, does, produces, and delivers. So, based on over 35 years world-wide experience in strategic thinking and planning, I have prepared this practical guide on how to make certain you and your organization adds value to all stakeholders. This is both sensibe and the safest thing you can do. And by the way, I am a professor at Florida State University (not University of Florida as noted in a review) and the book came out with a 2000 copyright, not 1999 as noted in the listing. Please enjoy and use this work. roger kaufmanWas this review helpful? Yes NoThank you for your feedback. Report this reviewThank you, this review has been flagged.
