Overview

The simple fact is, we all want to be happy. In Megamorphosis, best-selling author Michael Yergin gives us the tools for our body and mind to make us happier-or just reaffirm that we are happy in our lives now. With it you can learn how to be your own life coach.

Using anecdotal examples, Yergin weaves an insightful and humorous social commentary as he shows us exactly how to become happier and view life more positively. His suggestions include:

  • Never focus on what you don't want
  • Use creative visualization to realize your goals
  • Start an exercise program
  • Learn to laugh more
  • Become childlike, not childish
  • Program your dreams to concentrate on happy or positive events

In Megamorphosis, Yergin candidly shares some of his life's lessons for success and his poignant and personal insights and mistakes. His brother's death and the disheartening events of 9/11 prompted Yergin to seek solutions to being unhappy and depressed. A message of hope and faith, Megamorphosis is an engaging discussion of positive psychology. It's about making a great and lasting change-one step at a time.

    Happiness Made Simple

It seems that eveyone is trying to make our lives more complicated. Even the "feel good gurus" present their advice in evermore complex verbosity. But Michael Yergin's talent is to present his advice, which is to simplify life by doing a few simple things, in appropriately simple terms. In addition, his easy going sense of humor, keeps you chuckling throughout the book. Impressive in it's condensation of extremely important content, it is a WOW book by a WOW author.

    Better than Sex and Chocolate

Funny, warm and fuzzy, a make you feel good book when you really need it. It was impressive to see President Obama's smiling picture on the book with the person who wrote the forward. Wow, what a great book! I picked it up and was going to read for about 1/2 hour and instead I ended up reading it through the night until I was finished. Though the next day at work I looked very tired, I never felt happier. Don't miss this wonderful feel good book.

A NEW TWIST ON THE UNIVERSAL THEMES OF LIFE, LAUGHTER AND LOVE.

Through humor and laughter Michael disarms us with his charm and wit as he empowers us with his wisdom gleaned over the course of his life. In his new book, Megamorphosis, How to be Happier Right Now, by his own admission, he offers information that has been presented by others before, however, through his unique style and generosity of sharing candid stories from his own autobiography, Michael reveals what life's journey looks like when embraced authentically. By sharing his stories He allows us to see the struggles of living with and through the complexities of life, sharing his brother's struggle for balance as a backdrop against which some of his greatest lessons were learned. Michael prescribes being forgiving of ourselves, embracing new ways of thinking, employing laughter, positive solutions, and having faith in ourselves. His comedic timing and ability to laugh at irony and more importantly, himself, reveals the promise of change open to all of us in as he shows us how to live in a world of challenges expecting and receiving happiness right now.
