Meisner for Teens: A Life of True Acting, is truly a first. Never before has a book for teen actors offered these specific and simple ways to open your heart, your mind, and your soul to your acting partners and to the world around you. There is urgency here! Larry knows how important your acting is to you, he also knows the pressures you face every day in your life and how that often gets in the way of being truly free to act.

What People Are Saying

Louise T. Mallory
Dear Larry, I find your books to be fascinating, compelling, and so accessible to anyone unfamiliar with the Meisner Approach to acting. What strikes me the most about it though, is the love which is woven into your attitude toward the acting student and his work. I will definitely be using your texts as my primary source for my acting classes here at Texas Tech. (Louise T. Mallory, Texas Tech University)
