One of the finest and best-selling reggae singers of the 1970s, Burning Spear aka Winston Rodney successfully entered the '90s with Mek We Dweet. Though not quite on a par with such '70s gems as Marcus Garvey and Man in the Hills, Dweet proved that Spear could still deliver a thoroughly satisfying album.
