    Depends what you want

Nice quick, snappy read for those who are worried and really don't know what to do. It does not offer many "fun simple techniques" really, but gives you:
    - much re-assurance
    - a bit of brain science
    - a convenient list of medications useful or not useful
    - some practical advice on dealing with memory loss.
The tips are simple. Put notes to yourself where you'll see them when you need them, when trying to remember something relax relax relax. That type of thing.
