This book is hilarious on multiple levels. I found myself laughing uncontrollably countless times, and that's the way I love reading. Yes, we all know that it's man-piggish and egotistical, but that's the point. IT'S A JOKE. I myself am a man, and I'm humanist (not feminist. I believe equal rights have truly been bestowed, and time will take care of the rest. Women are capable of great things, and society no longer is holding them down.) and I think this is one of the most comical works that I've ever read. A proper approach to reading this book and not getting irritated, I've found, is to treat it like Stephen Colbert's Book (or TV show, likewise). And, lastly, if you need proof that it's all in humor, check out the identity he goes by on the book. 'Dick Masterson.' It's man humor. If women don't think it's funny, they don't have to read it.

Unlike many of today's comedians/satirists, Mr. Masterson does not bow to the world's ideas of formation and compulsive acceptance. This book will make you question roles that have been enforced for so long, and you'll never want to put it down.

okay i am a GIRL and i think this book is hilarious. i know it's a book putting down women however, i must admit, a lot of what "dick" says rings true :x
i laughed out loud reading this. i don't think anyone should get defensive about it because it is only one man's opinion. worth reading. but not if you're easily offended.

3 or 4 years ago I prolly wouldnt agree with what he says in this book, but now I totally agree with EVERYTHING he says in this book. Female's are beautiful, wonderful,sexy great people and i dont hate woman but he does have a point to everything he says in this book. so BUY IT!!

Dick Masterson truly knows his facts, and this book has it all. It truly shows how woman are. Now, i'm not an anti-feminist or anything. I myself have a girlfriend. I'm telling you,this book is a must have for any male.
