David and Claudia Arp, Authors of 10 Great Dates and Founders of Marriage Alive

"Refreshing, delightful, funny, practical-life changing! Regardless of how long a couple has been married, there is one thing this book can do for their marriage-improve it! A lot of books describe how to improve your marriage but few really show you how to apply those principles practically and biblically. Dr. Clarke's book does so masterfully."
Dr. Rodney Cooper, Author and Professor at Gordon-Conwell Seminary

Opposites attract. He's a clam. The strong, silent type. Doesn't have much to say. Doesn't know how to say it. She's a crowbar. The vivacious, emotional type. Wants to help her husband "open up" and share. Is there hope for this marriage? "Yes!" says David Clarke.
In this honest, amusing, and eye-opening book, Dr. Clarke explains what you need to know to understand your differences-and make the most of them. Plenty of practical communication strategies show you how to complement each other and enjoy lasting romance.
You'll discover:
the surprising reasons why men and women think, talk, and behave so differently,
new communication strategies that help the two of you really connect in conversation,
suggestions for building real passion in your relationship,
and biblical guidelines for developing true spiritual intimacy.
Are you opposites? Here's how to keep the two of you together-and happy-ever after.
