Barbara Keesling, PhD, a well-known sexologist, therapist, writer, and educator, has more than two decades of experience in the area of sexual health. She began her career as a sexual surrogate partner, trained in the techniques of Masters & Johnson. She holds an MA in psychology from California State University and a Ph.D. in health psychology from the University of California.
