Ted Spiker, a contributing editor to Men's Health magazine and a freelance writer who specializes in health and fitness writing, is coauthor of numerous books, including You: The Owner's Manual and The Abs Diet. He is also an associate professor in the Department of Journalism at the University of Florida.
David Zinczenko is editor in chief of Men's Health magazine and coauthor of the New York Times bestseller The Abs Diet.
