    Nothing new in this book!

    I am very disappointed that I invested the money in this book. There was no new information. I wish I had waited until after it came out to buy it because I would not have boughten it. It is going to my Archives never to be read again, and I am a 52 year old woman going through menopause!

    Not worth the time for me.

    I found very little information in this book. It was generally the male author raving about himself and was filled with letters and notes about how great he is.
    The little actual information I found, which I had to really dig through to find, was mostly information I already knew or could easily find for free. It seemed to me that this is just a basic psych, diet and exercise 101 book. It also didn't seem to really address the issue of menopause- just common sense. Very disappointed.

    Good Advice!

    I am 47 and struggling with weight, menopause and diabetes! The material is very well presented and well written. I only wish I had found it sooner.

    Awesome

    This book changed the way i view my diet and eating habits. My body is not the same as my20s or 30s. Everything is different. Excellent guide for making the changes for my late 40 something body. I feel great and am losing the weight. I highly recommend this book for those of you going through this change and need to make this life style change. Sound advice and easy to read and understand.
