    DON`T BUY

BN claims the book has over 400 pages but only 137 downloaded. Pictures and captions are blurry...they cannot be enlarged...basically; this book is not formatted well as an ebook. Im actualky very dissapointed in Barnes and Noble for even offering this book.

Could have been a good book...

This book could have been good, however as a nook book it is a very poor conversion and that makes 80% of the book almost useless as a nook book. The diagrams are illegible, and the breaks in these diagrams are sometimes in an important area of the diagram... cutting off the image. With each Diagram there are also little blurbs which are near impossible to read as they are too small for the nook to display properly. I have even loaded this up on my PC at high resolutions (IE: 1920 x 1080) of which does not help at all as it is still hardly displayed correctly.

It is important for me to note that the general content of the book seems good... However, As a nook book it suffers greatly.

If you own a NOOK, don't buy this!!

The book seems like it offers good advice for workout programs. But the pictures on the NOOK are horrible. The quality of the pictures are bad as well as the text. Not to mention that some of the pictures are cut off at the bottom, so you can't get the full picture of the example. it leaves you guessing on how you should finish the move. I feel like I got ripped off. If I would of known that this book would of been like this I would of saved my money! Don't this for the NOOK!

Buy the printed version if you want quality!

As already stated by other reviewers, the overall quality is very poor. The diagrams are useless, the accompanying text with the diagrams is unreadable, and the exercise photos are fuzzy. Basically, it's junk. B&N needs to address these problems with Rodale Press immediately. Until then, they should remove it from their offerings (I have let them know this).

Buy the hard-copy version if you want quality.

Do not waste money on ebook

While the main text is well supported many of the images have smaller text which cannot be zoomed in on from a desktop. Furthermore the images are often outside the margins of the screen and their resolution is pretty aweful. I am still unable to load the book onto my iphone. For a book on weight lifting in which proper form is necessary, I would recommend buying the hard copy.

    Would Not Recommend

Graphics of exercises very poor and type unfocused. The info is good but buy the paper book.

Save your money for the paper version

This is a great book. I thought I would get it for my Nook as well as the paper version so that I can have it anywhere I may travel. The problem is that it is obviously not formatted for an e-reader because you can't read many of the articles or enlarge some of the blurry photos. Had I known it was going to be such a poor quality copy, I would not have bought this electronic version.
