Since I have been working out for many years, I am always looking for something new in my routines. I find this book to be extremely informative with lots of unique body building exercises. The book illustrates different ways to perform any one exercise. This is beneficial because a body lifter should change his routine every so many weeks. I would recommend this book to any person interested in exercising!

The collection of exercises and their variations make this a must for the serious to the beginning trainer. Makes a great reference book that one can go back to time after time. Workouts are well structured. This book makes a great gift.

BN claims the book has over 400 pages but only 137 downloaded. Pictures and captions are blurry...they cannot be enlarged...basically; this book is not formatted well as an ebook. Im actualky very dissapointed in Barnes and Noble for even offering this book.

The content is good but the E reader version is simply terrible!

This book could have been good, however as a nook book it is a very poor conversion and that makes 80% of the book almost useless as a nook book. The diagrams are illegible, and the breaks in these diagrams are sometimes in an important area of the diagram... cutting off the image. With each Diagram there are also little blurbs which are near impossible to read as they are too small for the nook to display properly. I have even loaded this up on my PC at high resolutions (IE: 1920 x 1080) of which does not help at all as it is still hardly displayed correctly. It is important for me to note that the general content of the book seems good... However, As a nook book it suffers greatly.

if any man is interested in learning about exercises and what muscle they build and how to do them correctly this is the book for them. I have only used it for three weeks now but can already tell the difference and it has so many exercise programs that I have not even scratched the surface.

This book is great for anyone from a beginner all the way up. Very informative. Great illustrations along with written explanation of all exercises. I have been working out for some time and have found corrections in form that I was not aware of. I even enjoy the different workout routines that are listed in the book as well. Definitely worth buying!!

This book is well worth the money for the 619 exercises alone, not to mention the wealth of information on workouts and nutrition as well. This book takes the best information that has appeared in or been created by Men's Health and their staffers and puts it all in one easy to use well organized place. There are workouts listed for everything from fat burning to being in a crouded gym. I recommend this book for not only the fitness enthusiast but also for the experienced lifter and personal trainer who is looking for an awesome addition to their library.

The book seems like it offers good advice for workout programs. But the pictures on the NOOK are horrible. The quality of the pictures are bad as well as the text. Not to mention that some of the pictures are cut off at the bottom, so you can't get the full picture of the example. it leaves you guessing on how you should finish the move. I feel like I got ripped off. If I would of known that this book would of been like this I would of saved my money! Don't this for the NOOK!
