    This book rocks

    I have been working out for years but have always had time and availability issues. This book steps in and solves them. It gives me a full workout for whatever time I have during the week.

    Its a well made and gives tons of advice. The only warning I would give to readers is that the workouts themselves take longer then stated in the book. Half the reason is that you acctually have to learn all of the various workouts which takes a bit of time.

    It's about time!

    I picked this book up solely by it's title and was floored with how simple yet concise the information inside was. I have bought probably 20-30 fitness-related books in the past, and while some of them were good, no one has ever made getting in shape as simple as this. I have to say, this is a book that changes how you workout with how your life is each and every week, making it a book you simply have to keep for a lifetime. I've only been using the hardcover version of the book for 3 weeks now and I've already lost 5 lbs.
