A must read for young pitchers!!!

I have been pitching at the Division I college level for 3 years and much of my success I attribute to reading this book. It is loaded with good tips and information that would help any pitcher improve. Read it, Learn it, Live it!

    Very Useful, but long reading

It is a very helpful, and informative book. However the author sputters of into too many examples and quotes of past experiences.
