    Great book!

Thank you Mr. Baum. I read about one of your employees in my hometown newspaper. I went onto your website and checked around. I came to the book store and liked what I saw so I bought the book. I CAN'T BELIEVE IT! Your book is helping me so much! Thank you! Embarrasingly enough, I didn't know some of the older athletes in your book. I started asking my summer coach. He gave me a 'for fun' assignment of going to the library this summer and looking all this stuff up. (Ok, so my mom phreaked when I told her I was going to the library, and she spied on me to make sure I was there and not getting into trouble.) I know I'm telling maybe stuff that don't mattter, but I'm hoping that you will actually read this..... You have all these stories about how your book have improved peoples's game. I'm going to tell you something different here. My dad is amazed that I know about some of the players in some of the sports that I do. Some of them even before I was born. He and I are closer because we have something kinda in common now. That's pretty cool huh? Anyways, thank you!

Mental Edge: Maximize Your Sports Potential with the Mind-Body Connection

I am a top NFL athlete always looking to improve. My improvement this exhibition season is so obvious I earned the starting position for the first time. My coaches all comment on my confidence and lack of errors. The difference between this year and last is like the difference between night and day. The Mental Edge should be read by every serious athlete. It makes a difference!

Mental Edge: Maximize Your Sports Potential with the Mind-Body Connection

I've read them all from Gallways inner books from the 70's to todays Toughness Training and Zennis. The Mental Edge is by far the best one ever written. Very easy to follow and apply for any sport. You can tell Ken Baum is an athlete and brings an athletes perspective to make it real. My golf game has improved and my wife is not happy. Why? She feels my new found confidence will lead me to think I can make the seniors tour or some other crazy idea.

Mental Edge: Maximize Your Sports Potential with the Mind-Body Connection

I was burning out when my friend gave me his copy of The Mental Edge. I read it all the first night and was stoked. I got my own copy so I could mark it up as a reference when I did the exercises. I'm having fun again and my times got better. (finally!) I bought 3 books for a couple of friends and they are so stoked. We are all thrashin!
