    A book for everyone

Although written specifically for ballplayers, the approach presented in this book would help anyone who wants to improve themselves and their lives. It provides a practical example of the application of cognitive behavioral skills that can help anyone. I highly recommend it, not just for ballplayers or baseball enthusiasts.

    ESSENTIAL Key to EXCELLENCE

I bought this book for myself to better support my son as he became interested in excelling at baseball. I found it to be the best synthesis of essential elements of peak performance of anything I've read: on the field (baseball or otherwise) or off. I have since recommended or given this book to players and parents with fabulous results. READ THIS BOOK IF YOU WANT TO IMPROVE YOUR GAME - ANYWHERE.
