This book was very easy to read and fun to boot! :) I had many laugh out loud moments and even read them to my husband who was amused as well. I could relate to many of the things that she talked about. I would recommend this book to anyone who is in perimenopause or just trying to determine if she is losing her mind; apparently, it's only temporary. :)

When going thru life, it always helps to keep a sense of humor. Mentalpause is a book that keeps you laughing, even while you have your head in the freezer trying to make that hotflash go away!
