    Lack of communication, literally!

    They did not speak the same language throughout most of the book. Ending was abrupt. I like to hear couples either bicker or be witty with each other. Stephanie snow should have gotten them to communicate same language a long time ago, it would made it less boring.
    Demon's captive was a much better book. I liked it a lot, it made me feel for both characters. I read it first! Then I read this one, I was not moved.
