Simple and pretty recipes to be made with an adult to lend a hand and supervise. This is another hit from the Austin, Tx author. My nine year old niece loved the Fairies cookbook. Her and her papa made some of the fairies pops together. No fancy ingredients required and creates a love of cooking and another way to spend time with family members of all ages to make party favors or just something for a rainy afternoon

This book scared me so badly that i peed myself. The mermaid cookbook? That i s so terrible. Do not chop up innocent mermaids and cok them in a salad and feed them to people. Good news though. I read the sample and they dont kill mermaids.

I found the book had recipies (not really cooking as much as just arranging ingrediants) I have many childrens cookbooks and this is definitly not one I grab to have fun with the kids. Its much more of a book for tea partys, helping you make eye appealing treats. Not much fun either for the kids. But I do love the names that are used.
