    Healing powers of its own...any type of loss

    I stumbled upon this book at a low in my life and it was the one thing that helped me leaps and bounds with my recovery and understanding why loss happens. I've since given it to 5 other people for different reasons (loss of life, loss of friendship, loss of marriage) and they feel the same way. It is amazing and a must have for anybody who needs comfort and provides the possibility of why things happen other than, "Things happen for a reason."...which doesn't mean a thing during a time of need.

    Messages from the Masters: Tapping into the Power of Love

    I never intended to write a book. Rather I was following a spiritual journey when I discovered Messages from the Masters: Tapping into the Power of Love. Wow! This book was absolutely a must read, and I would recommend it without reservation. Because Brian Weiss discovered a way to bring the world together in love, I hope that every professional doctor, nurse, minister, priest, teacher, and person who wants to help spread peace will read this one. Yes, my own notes went into book form because Brian Weiss gave me the courage to express these happenings that I considered supernatural. Meanwhile, he simply considered such experiences as a part of everyday life that all humans encounter but may be reluctant to acknowledge.

    Frun to read

    What a fun book, full of story after story as told to the author about so many way out there experiences and realities. Past lives, chi kung, psychics, letting go of anger are just a few of the topics covered. Great read!

    Great book with an amazing message

    I throughly enjoyed the book. If you like George Anderson, then you will like Dr. Weiss also. Worth the read. I plan on reading other books from Dr. Weiss.

    Mediums & Psychics vs Your Own Higher Self

    I have studied the world's religions and a variety of spiritual paths for over 30 years. While Dr. Weiss' work is interesting and eye opening to the reader who may not be familiar with the idea of helpful beings 'on the other side,' it seems to rely mostly on psychically channeled information from a hypnotized patient or other mediums. Christian and Jewish mystics had first-hand experiences, as do many modern day spiritual seekers, without the aid of mediums and psychics. The stories about soul mates are very interesting.

    Not good at all.

    I usually love his book, but this just seemed like he ran out of things to write about and it is a let down. Very ordinary.
