    terrible volume

    In the store the phone had fine volume, even too loud. Brought it home and pulled out the little plastic tab 'the one that said 'Remove this after purchase' and the volume dropped to next to nothing. There is no way to get it to be audible again, tried putting a makeshift plastic tab back in, even opening it up to look for anything adjustable .. nada. Too bad, at least this book had some numbers for a preschooler to see in the book and try to copy in, or for us to tell him and let him find and press. But the sound level makes it useless. If you buy it DON'T PULL OUT THAT TAB!
