    very useful for learning microeconomics

The book is very useful at intermediate level; it can be considered a starting point for Varian "Microeconomic analysis" (I really hadn't any problem with Varian after Binger&Hoffman textbook!). For each chapter there are solved step by step exercises which are the best way to understand how to apply the mathematic procedures. For sure, it is one of the best microeconomic textbooks I ever read.
